Your happiness is important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied, most items can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Please, read this return policy throughout, and if you would like to initiate a return for a purchased item on this website, contact us for authorization and shipping advice. You can also send an email to email@example.com.

Returns and Exchanges Conditions:
- All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to sending the item back to us. You can contact us here or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.
- Full-priced items purchased online and returned by mail are eligible for a refund as long as they are in new condition.
- Returned sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Jewelry: once an item has been worn, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. After that, they no longer can be returned or exchanged.
- We will not take responsibility for items returned to us without authorization and/or items that are returned without a tracking number.
- We might extend the return window to accommodate returns or exchanges from purchases intended for gifting during the holiday season.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- If the "free shipping" promotion was applied to your order, we will refund your money less the initial shipping charges.
- All return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has arrived damaged or incorrect.
- In case the return label was provided by us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
- International returns: customers are responsible for scheduling their own shipping and all charges incurred including duty and taxes.
- If you are returning a product in which you received a free gift with your purchase and you decide to keep only the free gift, you may be charged the retail value of the free gift. This will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we received an item that has been worn and/or is missing original packaging components, the return will be rejected. If this happens and you want the item back, you will be charged an additional shipping fee. We do not ship "rejected" returns back to the customers without request and payment.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
- Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
- Credit for the merchandise returned (less shipping fees) will be credited back to the original form of payment.
- Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
- You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
