Processing Time

Orders submitted by 11am EST are typically processed within 3 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). Please factor in this processing time when selecting a shipping method.

Tracking your order

We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, you must wait until your package is scanned in by the carrier to begin tracking your package.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Free Shipping Promotion

Orders $49 or more (before taxes) automatically qualify for FREE Shipping.

Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories.

We are currently unable to offer the Free Shipping promotion for International orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International Shipping

Transit time ranges depending on the efficiency of the customs office. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional costs, import customs, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.

We do not refund shipping charges. Estimated times are provided by the service providers and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame.
